Counselor - Adult Drug Court
Counselor-Residential
- Masters Degree (preferred) in Human Services/Counseling or Related Field, or Bachelors Degree in Human Services/Counseling with no less than 2 years experience, CAP and/or license a plus
- Ability to lead and provide support to the Program Manager
- Bilingual Preferred
- Knowledge of the recovery process and step programs
- Ability to communicate effect with adults, adolescents, families and referral sources
- Must have excellent assessment skills and be able to conduct individual and group counseling
- Ability to provide strong accurate documentation
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook
- Hours may include evenings or weekends
Intensive Case Manager – Star Program
- Bachelors Degree in Social work/Counseling or Related Field from accredited college and prior experience with co-occurring disorders
- A minimum of 1year experience working with the homeless population
- Exceptional ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility in meeting client and team needs
- Exceptional ability to relate to homeless clients with co-occurring disorders, referral sources and internal Gateway Team Members
- Excellent time management, organizational and customer services to clients
- Will be required to work some evenings and weekends
- Will be required to see clients in community outreach, case management, and follow-up
- Must be able to perform assigned work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, providing excellent client support
- Basic knowledge of mental issues and treatment resources, recovery and 12-step programs, referral, community, and vocational resources
- Case Management assessment skills
- Must have a valid drivers license with a safe driving record
CIT (TPC-FT)
- Bachelors Degree in Human Services/Counseling with 2 years experience
- Knowledge of the recovery process and step programs
- Must have excellent assessment skills and be able to conduct individual and group counseling
- Ability to provide strong accurate documentation
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to provide excellent client support
- Hours may include evenings or weekends, must have valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Phone Center Experience a plus
Recreation Coordinator (TPC-FT)
- Associates Degree preferred, High School with experience may be substituted for degree
- Ability to schedule and facilitate recreational activities with adolescent clients
- Ability to conduct educational sessions on food and nutritional lifestyles
- Ability to communicate with adolescent, families, internal employees as well as external resources
- Knowledge of the recovery process and step programs
- Ability to provide strong accurate documentation a must
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to provide excellent client support
- Strong computer skills

Marketing and Development Specialist – (FT)
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or Related Field from accredited college
- Ability to coordinate all donations of money, goods and services in Raisers Edge Software
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to assist with Marketing and Public Relations activities for the agency
- Ability to make public presentations on behalf of the agency
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent detail-oriented and multi-tasking skills
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively under tight deadlines, High energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Self starter with demonstrated follow-up
- Must have a valid drivers license with safe driving record
Help Desk/PC Technician (FT)
- High School/Equivalent, Associates Degree preferred, experience can be substituted for education
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician Certification preferred
- Customer Services/ Dispatch experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft XP & Office products
- Hardware/Software troubleshooting experience
- Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs, bend, reach, stand, stoop, for long periods of time
- Ability to travel to multiple sites
- Hours may include evenings or weekends

LPN’s (FT & PRN)
RN (PRN)
Current State of Florida LPN Licensure
General medical knowledge, some knowledge of addictions and psychiatric disorders
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must be detail and multi-task oriented
May require travel to multiple sites and work different shifts
Health Educator (Various Locations)
- AA Degree with experience in behavioral health disorders
- Will require HIV/AIDS 501 Certification with all post-requisite training within 90 days of employment
- Will be responsible for conducting basic HIV/AIDS and ST1 health education with HIV Counseling, Testing and linkage for clients
- Will provide Admin. Assist. To Health Promotions Services Manager
- Must have excellent customer service skills both internal and external
BMT (PRN)- Impact House)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of DJJ preferred
- Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies and life threatening situations in an appropriate manner
- Must be able to relate to adolescents, adults, families, and referral sources
- Ability to provide strong accurate documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Ability to work different shifts
- Ability to walk and or stand for up to 8 hours
- Hours may include evenings or weekends
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
SAT – TPC & Residential (FT & PRN)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies and life threatening situations in an appropriate manner
- Must be available to work any shift needed
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours
- Must have a valid drivers license and safe driving record
Medical Records Specialist (PRN/Temporary Position)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, AS Degree or first year student in an accredited medical Record Technology Program preferred
- Experience in working with medical records with strong emphasis on correspondence and clerical functions
- Knowledge of medical terminology and health care law a must
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent filing skills a must
- Excellent computer skills
Recovery Coach (PRN)
- Bachelors Degree preferred plus experience in recovery related services, years of experience may substitute on a year by year basis
- Must have Recovering Coaching skills: Listening, Modeling, Knowledge of Resources and the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to network in the community, accessing and using community resources
- Must have strong customer services skills
- Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies and life threatening situations in an appropriate manner
- Ability to relate to older adult population
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
Note: This is a PRN position that works according to the number of participants on their case load. The participant chooses their Recovery Coach as well has the right to “fire” them. There is no guarantee of work or minimum guaranteed hours.
- Kitchen Support Staff (Stockton St)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely
- Ability to stand and walk for extended period of time
