FIS Supervisor (FT) – Davis Street

PCN (0185) 

  • Masters degree in human services/counseling or related field (CAP or License a plus) with a min of 2 yrs experience in the field of behavioral health disorders preferred, Bachelors Degree in human services or related field (CAP a plus) with 3 yrs experience in the field of behavioral health disorders

  • Must have excellent leadership skills

  • Must have excellent assessment and cased management skills

  • Knowledge/Understanding of the DCF system a must

  • Ability to provide excellent client support

  • Excellent organizational and writing skills

  • Must have knowledge of the recovery process and 12 step program

  • Must have own reliable transportation

  • Hours may include evenings or weekends

Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC)

PCN (FT 0887)           

  • Masters degree in human services/counseling or related field (CAP or License a plus) with a min of 2 yrs experience in the field of substance abuse or mental health or Bachelors Degree in human services/counseling in related field with min 3 yrs experience in substance abuse /mental health, bilingual a plus

  • Must have excellent assessment skills

  • Must have the ability to conduct individual and group counseling

  • Knowledge of the recovery process and 12 step programs

  • Knowledge of principles, methods and procedures for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions

  • Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to provide strong accurate documentation

  • Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook

  • Hours may include evenings or weekends

LPN

  • Current State of Florida LPN Licensure

  • General medical knowledge, some knowledge of addictions and psychiatric disorders

  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, bilingual a plus

  • Must be detail and multi-task oriented

  • May be required to work evenings, nights and/or weekends

  • Must have own reliable transportation

  • May required to travel to multiple sites, must have own reliable transportation

Intake Specialist – Adult Residential

PCN (0090)

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, bilingual a plus

  • Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies and life threatening situations in an appropriate manner

  • The ability to accurately obtain vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature as needed by nursing staff

  • Must have the ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends

  • Knowledge of substance abuse/mental health within the adolescent population a plus

  • Ability to provide excellent client support

  • Must have a valid state of Florida driver’s license with safe driving record, with own reliable transportation

RN – Impact House

PCN (FT 0840)

  • Current State of Florida RN Licensure, DJJ knowledge a plus

  • General medical knowledge, some knowledge of addictions and psychiatric disorders

  • The ability the provide service in a juvenile justice residential facility

  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, bilingual a plus

  • Must be detail and multi-task oriented

  • May be required to work evenings, nights and/or weekends

  • Must have own reliable transportation

  • May required to travel to multiple sites, must have own reliable transportation

Childcare Worker (Team Leader)

PCN# (FT 0187)        

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, with 2 or more years experience leading a team or 7 or more in the day care setting, must have competed 40 hr DCF training,   Directors Credentials a plus

  • Must be knowledgeable in the area of special needs of children

  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds

  • Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies and life threatening situations appropriately

  • Familiar with behavior modification methods

  • Informed concerning abuse reporting

  • Must have a valid state of Florida drivers license with a safe driving record with own reliable transp.

 

THE FOLLOWING AVAILABLE POSITIONS ARE ALL PRN

PRN STAFF ARE “ON CALL AS NEEDED” STAFF AND NOT GUARANTEED HOURS. IN MOST CASES PRN STAFF ARE UNABLE TO RECEIVE MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ANY ONE WEEK. PRN STAFF ARE CALLED TO FILL IN FOR STAFF ON VACATION, FMLA, PERSONAL LEAVE, ETC.  ACCEPTING A PRN POSITION WILL REQUIRE THAT YOU BE AVAILBLE TO WORK, SOMETIMES AT A MOMENTS NOTICE TO ALL SHIFTS THAT WE PROVIDE SERVICES. INABILITY TO WORK WHEN YOU ARE CONTACTED MAY RESULT IN YOUR BEING PURGED FROM THE POSITION.

 

BMT – Impact House

  • PCN – PRN (0582) 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, bilingual a plus

  • Knowledge of DJJ preferred

  • Must be able to relate to adolescents, adults, families, and referral sources

  • Ability to provide strong accurate documentation

  • Ability to work different shifts and Able to walk and or stand for up to 8 hours

  • Hours will include evenings or weekends

  • Must have a valid state of Florida driver’s license with safe driving record and own reliable transportation

Medical Support Staff (PRN) - DETOX

PCN (0573)

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, C.N.A., PCT, ACT/Med. Assist. a plus, bilingual a plus

  • Must recognize and respond to emergencies/ life threatening situations in an appropriate manner

  • Above average ability to accurately obtain vital signs including BP, pulse,  resp., and temperature

  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 10 hours

  • Must have the ability to work different shifts to include evenings, nights and weekends

  • Must have a valid state of Florida driver's license with safe driving record, with own reliable transportation

SAT - Adolescent Residential (PRN)

PCN (0584)

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, bilingual a plus

  • Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies and life threatening situations in an appropriate manner

  • Prevention Specialist Certification or working towards PSC

  • Must have knowledge of Evidence –based prevention programs

  • Knowledge of the DCF systems

  • Knowledge of the recovery process and step programs

  • Ability to relate to adolescents, adults, families, referral sources and clients.

  • Ability to provide excellent client support

  • Must have a valid state of Florida Drivers with safe driving record with own reliable transp.

  • Hours may include weekends and evenings
