Computer Support  Technician/Help Desk

PCN# (0831)

·         High School/Equivalent, Associates Degree preferred, experience can be substituted for education

·         Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician Certification preferred

·         Customer Service/Dispatch experience a plus

·         Hardware/Software troubleshooting experience

·         Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs

·         Ability to climb stairs, bend, reach, stand, stoop, for long periods of time

·         Ability to travel to multiple sites

·         Must be available to work evenings or weekends when needed

·         Must have a valid driver's license  with safe driving record, and own reliable transportation

 

Licensed Counselor (FT) - Fairwinds

PCN# (0430)      

·         Masters degree in human services/counseling or related field,  licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) with a min of 2 years experience in field of substance abuse or mental health, bilingual a plus

·         Knowledge of the recovery process and 12 step programs

·         Ability to communicate effectively with adolescents, families and referral sources

·         Must have excellent assessment skills and be able to conduct individual and group counseling

·         Knowledge of  intervention methodology

·         Knowledge of principles, methods and procedures for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions

·         Ability to manage time effectively and to provide strong accurate documentation a must

·         Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook

·         Hours may include evenings or weekends

 

Administrative Assistant/Data Manager-GWC/Expansion Grant (FT)

·         Associates Degree from an accredited college with 3 years experience in clerical/general office skills, or High School Diploma/Equivalent and 4 years working in addictions, specialized training in secretarial field preferred

·         Phone center experience a plus

·         Must have strong customer services skills, both internal and external

·         Exceptional ability to work in a team environment within department, agency, and partner agencies

·         Knowledge of Access and Excel data bases, CMHC experience preferred

·         Ability to work in fast-paced environment

·         Valid State of Florida driver's license  with safe driving record

  

Medical Support Staff (PRN) - DETOX

PCN# (0585, 0590, & 0591)

·         High School Diploma or Equivalent, C.N.A., PCT, ACT/Med. Assist. a plus

·         Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies/ life threatening situations in an appropriate manner

·         Above average ability to accurately obtain vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature

·         Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours

·         Ability to work different shifts to include evenings and/or weekend

·         Must have a valid driver's license with safe driving record

·         Bilingual a plus

 

Gang Program Staff (FT) - Gang Intervention Grant

PCN# (0861)      

·         Must have a High School or equivalent diploma with five years experience working with high-risk youth and young adults or at least 8 years community activism with gangs working with high-risk youth and young adults, bilingual a plus

·         Ability to identify youths' needs and goals to help develop intervention plans

·         Ability to communicate and interact effectively with various agencies including but not limited to: schools, law enforcement, probation, religious organizations and grassroots community

·         Ability to write descriptions of client interactions for project record-keeping

·         Must have had previous gang affiliation

·         Must provide own reliable transportation

·         Hours will include evenings, weekends and some holidays

 

BMT (PRN)- Impact House

·         High School Diploma or Equivalent

·         Knowledge of DJJ preferred

·         Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies and life threatening situations appropriately

·         Must be able to relate to adolescents, adults, families, and referral sources

·         Ability to provide strong accurate documentation

·         Ability to work different shifts and Able to walk and or stand for up to 8 hours

·         Hours may include evenings or weekends

·         Current State of Florida RN/LPN Licensure

·         General medical knowledge, some knowledge of addictions and psychiatric disorders

·         Must have excellent organizational and communication skills, bilingual a plus

·         Must be detail and multi-task oriented

·         May be required to work evenings, nights and/or weekends

·         May required to travel to multiple sites

SAT - Adolescent Residential @ Creekside (PRN)

·         High School Diploma or Equivalent, bilingual a plus

·         Ability to recognize and respond to emergencies and life threatening situations in an appropriate manner

·         Must be available to work evenings, nights, and/or weekends

·         Knowledge of substance abuse/mental health within the adolescent population a plus
