Laura Dale serves as Chief Financial Officer for Gateway Community Services, Inc. As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Dale is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization. Ms. Dale began her career in finance as an auditor at KPMG before serving as controller at the Nemours Children’s Clinic in 1993.
Three years later she joined Premier Medical Management where she served as chief financial officer until 2001, when she became Chief Financial Officer for Gateway Community Services.

Randy Jennings serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Gateway Community Services, Inc. As such, Mr. Jennings is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Gateway facilities.
Mr. Jennings began his career with Gateway as Clinical Supervisor in the agency's detoxification unit.

Dr. Yvonne Kennedy serves as Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Gateway Community Services, Inc. Dr. Kennedy is responsible for treatment services including quality assurance for all client services, records and management, clinical skills and counselor development.
In addition to her clinical duties, Dr. Kennedy is responsible for Gateway's Medical Department, and oversees the agency's physician coverage as well as operations for both in and outpatient detoxification programs.

Mark Yount, PhD, Corporate Compliance Officer

Dr. Yount joined Gateway in January 2002 as Quality Improvement Director and assumed additional duties as Corporate Compliance Officer in 2007.
As Corporate Compliance Officer, Dr. Yount is responsible for ensuring that client rights are fully protected.
