First Step Camp

Gateway's First Step Camp is an interactive high-intensity recovery program that serves as a prerequisite for those who are serious about drug and alcohol addiction recovery. The week-long program complements the global 12-step standard in recovery by focusing on the primary issues facing those new to sobriety; the conviction that they are addicted to drugs and alcohol and the realization that they cannot overcome their addiction single-handedly.

First Step Camp introduces clients to the 12-step community and encourgages their ongoing participation in the recovery community upon the completion of their treatment at Gateway.
