Intervention Services
Gateway’s Intervention programs work with individuals who are considered to be potential for alcoholism and addiction disorders, but who do not need treatment. Our programs are designed to educate and motivate those at risk by creating an awareness of behavioral indicators and the consequences associated with them. Left unchecked, these behaviors often lead individuals into a desperately painful world of alcohol and drug addiction.
Services include:
- Introduction to the disease concept of alcoholism and addiction
- Education on the effects of alcoholism and drug addiction
- Drug screens
