As part of Gateway’s commitment to quality service and transparency to the community, Gateway’s Board of Directors along with the Executive and Leadership teams have created the Annual Performance Management Report to outline our annual performance measures as a way to demonstrate accountability. Performance measurements must exceed requirements established by federal and state regulations, international accreditation standards, and contractual and grant requirements. Gateway identifies gaps and opportunities in preparation for the development and review of an annual performance measurement and management report and plan that includes consideration of input from patients, employees and other key stakeholders. The annual plan documents the characteristics of the persons served, provides comparative data, communicates performance information, and documents the various technologies available to support implementation of the plan.
